Metris purchases X-Tek Systems Limited
Fox Williams acted for Metris UK Limited in connection with its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of X-Tek Systems Limited.
Metris UK is the main UK operating subsidiary of Metris NV, the award winning Belgian metrology company listed on Euronext in Brussels. With operations in Europe, the USA and Asia, Metris designs, develops and markets a range of 3D hardware and software inspection systems servicing design and manufacturing industries.
X –Tek is a UK company manufacturing X-ray and computer tomography inspection systems for a wide range of industries, including the electronics, automotive and aerospace sectors.
