What do they do?
Shopzilla’s websites allow consumers to buy anything sold by anyone, located anywhere in the world. Online retailers register with Shopzilla to access a greater potential market. After having made a purchase from the online retailer, consumers can then rate the retailer, via Shopzilla’s Bizrate function. This data then performs a dual function of allowing customers to choose goods and online retailers based on the previous experience of other consumers and it also allows online retailers to track and improve their customer satisfaction.
