Nigel Miller will be speaking on "Social Networking - where are we now? " together with Alan Stockey, of Risking I.T. Limited at the 10th Annual Legal Day Conference of the British Computer Society at the Royal Air Force Club, Piccadilly, London on 23 January 2009.

The Legal Day seminar will cover a range of legal areas relevant to Information Security, auditors and IT professionals, both in the public and private sector. The seminar discusses compliance issues, legal aspects of open source s/w, the “Dreaded RIPA”, practical guidance when travelling abroad, “safe” blogging and an interesting insight in to the deficiencies of the law, especially relating to consumers.
