Panel of experts:

William Reeve is the serial entrepreneur behind Fletcher Research (now NASDAQ:FORR) and LOVEFiLM.com. He is an experienced investor in numerous technology, internet and business services companies. His professional interests lie in e-commerce, business services, cloud computing, venture capital, seed funding and Series A / B investments for post-revenue fast-growing tech-driven businesses.
 
Luke Hakes is an investment manager at Octopus Ventures, a venture capital firm whose deal size ranges from £0.5 million to £2 million. Luke focusses on sourcing deal flow, evaluating and assessing potential investee companies and portfolio management. Luke has a science background and has held positions at Apple and Goldman Sachs.
 
Piers Hartland-Swann is a Director of FirstCapital, a corporate finance advisory firm based in West London focused on growth companies in the technology sector and advising on the raising of capital, mainly from the VC community, and on M&A transactions. FirstCapital was recently voted UK Small Investment Bank of the Year in ACQ magazine’s 2009 Country Awards.
 
 
Simon Bridges is the Managing Director of the Corporate Finance team at Canaccord Adams. He has specialised in providing corporate advisory and broking services to small and mid cap companies. He is UK Head of Technology at Canaccord Adams.
