Seminar: Tuesday 9 March 2010

The objective of this seminar is to distinguish between employment and independent contractor relationships. We will examine the liabilities and advantages of each type of relationship. By attending this seminar, you will be able to develop an understanding of the tax implications of employment versus independent contractor status, the tax planning opportunities associated with that status and the legal tests for employment versus independent contractors.
